Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully. Your access to and use of the 3akarat.ai website and mobile application (the "Service") is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or by using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Description of Service

3akarat.ai is a technology platform that connects property owners, buyers, and renters. We are not a real estate broker, agent, or insurer. We are not a party to any agreement entered into between users.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

To use certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.
  • Promptly notify us if you discover or suspect any security breaches.

4. User-Generated Content (UGC)

You are solely responsible for all content you post, upload, or share through the Service, including property listings, photos, and messages ("User Content").

  • You warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all User Content you provide.
  • By posting User Content, you grant 3akarat.ai a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, display, and distribute such content in connection with operating the Service.
  • We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to remove any User Content that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Post any false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  • Violate any local, national, or international law.
  • Infringe on the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
  • Scrape, crawl, or use any other automated means to access the Service's data.
  • Engage in any activity that could disable, overburden, or impair the functioning of the Service.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy of listings or the conduct of users.

Disclaimer: We are not responsible for any transactions, communications, or disputes between you and other users. You are solely responsible for your interactions. We do not verify the identity of users or the accuracy of listings unless you have specifically engaged our "Verified Path" service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3akarat.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (excluding User Content) are and will remain the exclusive property of 3akarat.ai. Our name, logo, and trademarks are protected by law.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
